Mountain Goat Symmetry

                                                      Previous <     > Next

Mount Athabasca is a prominent landscape features in the Columbia Icefields area of Jasper National Park. Its peak forms a windswept snow-covered curl. The mountain goat has a curl of it's own, in the form of it's ebony-black horns.

This image develops the pattern between those two curls. I used a long telephoto lens to compress the space between the mountain and the goat.
